Barca legend Xavi excited ahead of final

Doha: Al Sadd midfielder and former Barcelona maestro Xavi Hernandez has expressed his delight to play at the Khalifa International Stadium in the Emir's Cup final against Al Rayyan today.
The Khalifa International Stadium is the first stadium that has been completed ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
He said that he is excited about the final game on this stadium, noting that Qatar is doing well as the first stadium has been completed for the World Cup.
The best players in the world will come here in 2022, Al Sadd star said, adding that this should motivate the youth to develop and to provide a good World Cup.
Xavi also expressed his pleasure with the performance of his team, pointing out that wanted to transfer Barcelona's way of playing to Al Sadd.
Moreover, the Spanish played expressed his happiness for the big season he presented on a personal level and said that he was surprised that he scored 10 goals and assisted in 16 more goals, although he is 37 years old. He also said that he enjoys football in Qatar.
