Doha: The DPS-Modern Indian School bubbled with excitement and enthusiasm when Class Preparatory observed its Annual-cum-Graduation Day on February 22, 2018.

The thematic presentation, ‘Brave Hearts-Jazbaa Kuch Kar Dikhane Ka’, was the celebration of valour, heroism, magnificence and altruism of all those dauntless National Bravery Award recipients who had selflessly put themselves in jeopardy to protect the lives of others.

The function was graced by notable dignitaries: Patron Aisha bint Mohammed bin Hammam, her sister Fatima bint Mohammad bin Hammam, son of Chief Patron Jassim bin Mohammad bin Hammam Al Abdulla, Doha Bank Group CEO Dr R Seetharaman, ICC President Milan Arun, Principal Asna Nafees, President DPS-MIS Hassan Chougule, Vice-President Yasir Nainar and the esteemed members of DPS-MIS executive committee.

Around 520 students participated in the show. The cultural extravaganza, presented through skits and dances, was interspersed with the most important event of the day — the Graduation ceremony. It was an immense joy to see the little ones walking the ramp adorned in traditional convocation gowns and caps. Overall, the mesmerizing event enthralled the hearts of the parents and the well-wishers and they left with an indelible imprint of the celebration in their heart.
