Kuwait: Kuwait's Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al Jarallah has voiced his optimism regarding the efforts of the Emir of Kuwait H H Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to solve the Gulf crisis.
